Końcówka lata to zwyczajowo moment ożywienia na rynku wynajmu. Z danych Otodom wynika, że w tym roku przyszedł on wcześniej niż zwykle, bo już w lipcu. W porównaniu do czerwca br. liczba zapytań wzrosła aż o 23,6%. Ogłoszeń za to jest zauważalnie mniej – ich liczba jest aż o 46% niższa niż przed rokiem. Spośród dużych miast wyjątkiem jest Gdańsk, który jako jedyny odbudował liczbę ofert do poziomu sprzed końcówki lutego br.
