Gazeta podaje, że od stycznia do czerwca na sześciu największych krajowych rynkach sprzedano 19 727 lokali. To najsłabszy wynik od co najmniej 2015 r. – wynika z danych zebranych przez Tabelaofert.pl przy współpracy z REDNET Consulting, które publikuje dziennik.
Gazeta zwraca uwagę, że taka sytuacja sprawiła, że deweloperzy zostali zmuszeni do większego wysiłku przy konstruowaniu oferty. „Efekt: od początku wakacji mieszkanie można kupić z rabatem lub bonusem”- wyjaśnia gazeta.
