W tym roku sezon na wynajem zaczął się wcześniej niż zwykle, bo już w lipcu – wynika z danych Otodom. Analitycy podkreślili, że ofert jest zdecydowanie mniej niż przed rokiem, a ceny wyższe niż przed wybuchem wojny na Ukrainie. Najbardziej poszukiwane są małe metraże.
- Według danych Otodom w tym roku ożywienie na rynku najmu nadeszło wcześniej niż zwykle, bo już w lipcu.
- W porównaniu do czerwca br. liczba zapytań wzrosła o 23,6 proc. Jak wskazali analitycy, ma to związek z początkiem roku akademickiego i napływem uchodźców z Ukrainy.
- Największym powodzeniem cieszą się ogłoszenia dotyczące niewielkich mieszkań.
„Od momentu wybuchu wojny w Ukrainie liczba wyszukiwań w kategorii mieszkań na wynajem zwiększyła się znacząco i po najbardziej intensywnym okresie w tym roku, jakim był marzec 2022 r., ustabilizowała się na nowym, wyższym poziomie” – zauważyła analityczka Otodom Karolina Klimaszewska.
