Jak wynika z analizy Morizon.pl i Gratka.pl, w ciągu ostatniego roku podaż mieszkań na rynku spadła średnio o 1/3, a stawki ofertowe wzrosły o tę wartość. Na spadki w najbliższych miesiącach nie ma co liczyć, bo ceny mieszkań na wynajem podkręca cały szereg czynników, w tym m.in. popyt ze strony uchodźców z Ukrainy, rosnące koszty energii i stopy procentowe, które przekładają się na wysokość rat kredytów hipotecznych.
