Chce, by pozostało po staremu, czyli taka decyzja będzie bezterminowa. Cieszy to deweloperów, ale zdaniem wielu prawników to zły pomysł. Często warunki wydane 10-15 lat temu trącą myszką i rozmijają się z rzeczywistością.
Trwają prace nad dużą reformą dotyczącą ładu przestrzennego. W jej ramach ministerstwo rozwoju planowało wprowadzić terminowe warunki zabudowy. Był to jeden z filarów proponowanych zmian. Teraz trafił do kosza. Dla inwestorów i właścicieli to dobra wiadomość, na podstawie starej decyzji będą mogli budować nawet po wielu latach. Nie będą też musieli się spieszyć z inwestycją, bo warunki stracą swoją ważność. Ale są i wady takiego rozwiązania. Stara decyzja potrafi rozmijać się z rzeczywistością.
